Contraindications to this treatment:
This treatment is not recommended during menses, where an IUD is present, immediately after abdominal surgery, or where an active infection or cancer is present in the pelvic region.

CONSULTATION AND TREATMENT
The initial consultation can take up to two hours, subsequent session usually last one hour.

Comprehensive review of your personal health history and current health care needs. You will be asked to complete an in depth consultation form at the beginning of the treatment.

Lower abdominal massage focusing on aligning the uterus and abdominal organs.

In women who have had a caesarian, the massage may  help to reduce  any scar tissue and lesions by improving circulation to the area, as well as the other organs.

Evaluation and application of structural alignment of spine with attention to the sacrum , lumbar and thoracic spine. A massage specifically designed to improve the blood and nerve supply to the digestive and pelvic area.

Instruction in Self Care Home techniques to enhance your professional treatment session. An important part of this ancient modality is to enable the client to actively take part in their own healing. At the end of the treatment you will taught a short massage that you will be able to do yourself that greatly enhances the work you do with your therapist.
