About Amanda Porter

I have been a practising therapist for five years, being trained both in Holistic Massage therapy and Arvigo massage therapies.

I am lucky enough to have been trained by Dr Rosita Arvigo and have visited the home of this beautiful therapy in Belize where I completed my Certification training.

I continue to attend workshops and courses in a never fading desire to broaden the techniques I have available, to aid my clients on their healing journey and have recently completed level one training in the use of Australian Bush Flower Essences as well as an Abdominal Architecture and Palpation course held by Marty Ryan, LMP in North London.

Every client is different and, therefore, every treatment I give will be different, as it will be tailored to your personal needs. I have knowledge of basic nutrition and can give advice on the use of herbs and supplements.

I am fully insured and hold a current first aid certificate.
